This is certainly not the only corrupt probate lawyer having no regard for an elderly woman's safety.
Beware of Probate Attorney Frank Leone.
He recommended a horrible group of CNAs for a terminally ill older woman.
To make matters worse a private RN came to the elderly woman's house & gave her TWICE the dosage of a powerful medicine & she became a zombie & died a week later!
Frank Leone was talking about selling the house when it had actually been left to a family member instead.
He insisted for 5 years they keep trying to sell the house. The last 5 years has been the worst market for Home Sellers in decades.
Once they returned to their house, they kept being threatened, screamed at & totally discriminated against by dozens of people who Frank Leone probably know, who used to be friendly to the Probate Court Victim.
We wouldn't advise you using Frank Leone, for a Probate Lawyer.
