Well, if they thought the Government "cared" about them, and if they thought that people are represented for their taxation, and they've found out the truth about that after 9-11, and if they are telling others, yes, the US Government might considered the actual heroes of September 11, 2001, terrorists.

First responders to the World Trade Center have inarguably dealt with far too much stress and drama in the last ten years. While some suffee from Post Traumatic Stress disorder and undiagnosable ailments choking down up to 50 pills today, the recent decision to screen American heroes through the FBI's terrorism watch list before receiving health care benefits is only adding onto that—and that's something many first responders find hard to swallow.
