A Banana Republic Ripe for a Coup d'état

The Disunited States of America is no longer a country of national union. From the inception of the U.S. Constitution, factions continually vied for power. Yet there was a blueprint of basic precepts generally accepted as the law of the land. The appearance of legitimacy was shattered a century and half ago, that foretold the “War of Northern Aggression”. The American Revolution permanently betrayed is but a memory of past glories. The rule of law now relegated to an exhibit in a wax museum.

Today, the federal government ignores and systematically eliminates Civil Liberties, real States’ Rights, authentic Nullification and a viable Tenth Amendment. The recent arrest of attorney and publisher of ConspiracyPenPal.com, Edgar J. Steele illustrates how an arbitrary selective arrest under a stratocracy of repression is possible. Read the report in the IdahoStatesman.com on the charges. Following is a letter from Mr. Steele’s prison cell to Ingri Cassel, former owner of The Idaho Observer.

Dear Ingri,

Thank you for your letter.

All calls out are almost non-existent. I was looking forward to seeing you and Al yesterday. I suppose they just turned you away? I haven't had a single visitor here so far and only barely been allowed to see my public defender. I'm not allowed to call my lawyer even until next week.

I am in Max Security, full lockdown, solitary confinement. Worse even than the treatment accorded Matt Hale. Most of mail is returned to senders - usually because of their using letters instead of full first and last names in the review in the return address.

OK. I am innocent, for what that is worth in Amerika today. Here is what happened:

My hillbilly handyman stumbled across a stash of silver bullion in one of my outbuildings - then searched and found two others (@ $15,000 & $45,000 total). Knowing I would discover the theft & know it was him. He tried to kill me with two pipe bombs he placed on the cars he knew I drove. They both failed to go off. Cyndi left town with one before he removed it, which led to the discovery of the car bomb on our Mitsubishi SUV.

This guy had offered to be a hit man before, more than once, but I dismissed him as a harmless buffoon. I had told him of the ADL & its hatred for me. This murder-for-hire plot is beyond my hillbilly hitman, so I assume he went to the ADL, which either fabricated tapes that he played for the FBI recorder or produced a mimic of me to make the tapes for the FBI on the spot. Regardless, I have been framed and set-up! BTW, the ADL was quoted extensively in the government's opening papers in court.

I haven't heard from my wife or son and fear they have been convinced by the U.S. Attorney Prosecutor of my guilt. I feel totally abandoned. What can you and others do? Ingri, I honestly don't know. Obviously, this is going to trial. I may well be convicted, which will be the same as a death sentence at this stage of my life. I am So depressed. I never expected them to come after me like this.

The excuse for the post Patriot Act subjugation enforcement is to combat terrorism. Domestic dissent and opposition is the real target of the phony war against terror. Martial law approaches with every attack on the Bill of Rights. You will not find the ACLU coming to the defense of Edgar J. Steele. They are more likely to file an amicus brief for the prosecution. The practices against political prisoners in Castro’s Cuba are part of the FBI playbook. The allegations against Steele hardly rise to the level of national security. In the age of total compliance, the federal junta runs roughshod as an imperial executioner of cherished American principles.

Only a disturbed and irrational government stooge would argue that groups like the Aryan Nations pose a threat to replace the national government. The possibility of a civilian corps brigade with M1A2 Abrams battle tanks rolling down Pennsylvania Avenue and positioned around the Capital that overthrows the beltway regime is absurd.

If you see troops marching in the streets, they will be government mercenaries. The New American clarifies:

In the case of the Posse Comitatus Act, the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act of 2007, signed into law by President George W. Bush on October 17, 2006, amended the law by adding the following language: "The President may employ the armed forces to restore public order in any State of the United States the President determines hinders the execution of laws or deprives the people of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law or opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws."

Accordingly, the present state of the applicable law governing the use of federal troops in matters of domestic law enforcement is the Insurrection Act of 1807.

According to the text of that statute, the national government may mobilize the federal army only if the "constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege or immunity, or to give that protection...."

A coup d'état is the sudden unconstitutional deposition of a government to replace the deposed government with another body; either civil or military. Serious students of constitutional restraints and natural law know well, that the 911 hysteria enactments violate the valid purpose and the essential role of a lawful government. This putsch was sudden, even within the unending descent into the accelerated nightmare of totalitarian collectivism during the last century.

A compelling case that the stage was set, fifty years ago, took place for a coordinated coup with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Inter bureaucratic rivalry among intelligence agencies and military inter service feuds usually attract the most scrutiny regarding Sub Rosa operations. However, the influence of transnational corporate interests and central bank debt created money fraud, wheels enormous control over the destruction of individual liberty.

On the surface all these diverse factions are competing for ultimate command and control. In the banana republic of The Disunited States of America, the veto force sounds the Shofar ram horn of Zionist supremacy. The coup overthrow of the American Revolution has always been internal. The consistent thread that weaves the ruling class into a diverse alliance of sinister design is their hatred of individual rights and true sovereignty of inherent autonomy.

If there is any doubt that the decaying and collapsing super power called the U.S. is really a banana republic, compare reality with the myth. Wikipedia defines, “A banana republic is a politically unstable country dependent upon limited agriculture (e.g. bananas), and ruled by a small, self-elected, wealthy, and corrupt politico-economic clique.” The only crop that blooms is the terror that comes from a tyrannical government. It inhibits intelligent citizens and breeds submissive sheeple serfs.

The hideous betrayal of lawful rule is paramount in the DoJ’s suit against the State of Arizona’s attempt to enforce established federal immigration law. The tin horn dictator Eric Holder states: “The basis for this was a legal determination by those of us at the Justice Department that the law was inconsistent with the Constitution.” When was the last time past or present potentate regimes adhered to the precepts of the Bill of Rights? Just observe the unconstitutional “diesel therapy” manner that Edgar Steele’s rights are violated. No presumption of innocence if you challenge the State. Ingri Cassel writes,

“While first confined at the Kootenai County Jail, Edgar, an Idaho resident, is now held in another state - Washington. I went to the Spokane County Jail on Wednesday to visit Edgar Steele. The woman at the desk told me that he is not allowed ANY visitors other than his attorney, he cannot make collect phone calls, and he is in custody of the U.S. Marshal Service. However, when I called the U.S. Marshal office in Spokane, I was told that Edgar is not in their system. I was referred to the FBI which only was available as a recording. I left a message on a recorder. Another friend went to the Spokane County Jail on Thursday (7-8-10) and was told that he had been moved a half-hour earlier to an undisclosed location. This is beginning to resemble the George Hansen case where Idaho Congressman George Hansen was kept for nearly two years without trial, moved from one federal detention facility to another just ahead of his friends who were frantically trying to locate him so they could obtain his release. His crime?

Allegedly he was being held without trial for errantly filing some congressional disclosure forms. His real crime? Asking for a congressional investigation of the IRS.”

The coup d'état of the Republic has long ago taken place. The rule by banana republic potentates is the disposition of governance in the Disunited States. You may not like Steele’s politics, but you should defend his right to defend himself and demand real due process of law. The reality is that anyone can be targeted for extinction by a corrupt government. The tree of liberty bears nourishing fruit only when the lifeblood of genuine Patriots are willing to confront tyrants and combat dictatorial government. America does not need another insider coup. It calls out for a second American Revolution.
