US Military & Police stockpiling and staging War on Americans?

Regardless of what you think of US veteran Joe Biggs or Infowars Alex Jones, this subject is news. If millions of Americans are hearing this on the radio and that war against them is soon coming, why isn't the Mean Stream News reporting this?
Police are shooting at targets that resemble women with children, women taking showers, the elderly, and especially those who wear farm work clothing and hats.
There is a large order of military tanks the military does not want or need. These are destined to be deployed for war on Americans. Police and the military are staged to end US sovereignty and to end the US Constitution.
