What if the US/UN "accidentally" released a flu-like virus concocted in a US lab, then released videos out to China, and the world that this was going to be the Zombie Apocalypse to play dirty in a Trade War, if China won it?

What if the US/UN had control of all the unions of all the infrastructure of government and police, and could manipulate the weaker political party into power to make a better deal for the US, and China, and especially the Chinese people are the losers?
