I was in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina & was drinking in the bars w/ Blackwater members.

Police, military, mercenaries, & even ordinary citizens w/ sniper skills embedded w/ Blackwater being dropped by helicopter in 2005 New Orleans flood areas & they would shoot Blacks from the last man from the back forward so groups could be shot without trying to flee. By shooting the Black farthest back, then the victims to be shot didn’t see someone else shot. 

Single rotor helicopters fished bodies out of the water. They got dumped in brand new diesel refrigerated units that were half container size. When full double rotor helicopters were used to dump the bodies in deep water in the Gulf. 

It is a lot of waste of tax dollars using so many brand new Refer Containers. 

It just shows the ethics of Central Banker Foreign Intelligence run everything.
