It takes more alphabet agencies to successfully bomb a building?

FBI should stand for "F'ing Bombing Idiots".

Did they finance, find bombers, make a plan, get the bombers the bombs for the plot, supply live bombs, finance everything, and then the bombers who were given live bombs, didn't put the live bombs on the right floor so one World Trade Center could topple on the other World Trade Center, so the FBI could be the heroes in other bomb plots that they "solved"?
