The Police are always right unless they're caught on tape

It should be a major crime for police to confiscate "evidence" of their [police] wrong doing to cover up their crimes. This video below, is not that case. A young girl is accosted by a cop that thinks he has been short changed by her. The cop was found out to have done nothing wrong, yeah right. Cops should not oversee cops, there should be Civilian Oversight.
