Rob's job is just another political favor. Simmons lost the election and was owed a favor. A big pay, little work job is his a favor paid back. Should the economy tanking and officials keep making up new positions to give all their friends expanding an out of control government keep going on? The Connecticut Judicial Branch has 3 times more people than actually work!
