Genetically engineered seeds are not breaking news; however a biotech company called AquaBounty has been working on genetically engineered salmon. The fish will be a combination of Atlantic salmon and part Ocean Pout. Jeffrey M. Smith says that it is ridiculous to evaluate the safety of this food with no long term feeding studies six and refuses to consume this genetically engineered salmon, if approved.

Secret Police abuse of License Plate Scanners

More info: http://starkravingviking.blogspot.com/2010/09/license-plate-scanners-used-to-harass.html

If a citizen is blacklisted for any excuse, police officers might get a beep in their cruiser indicating the individual should be followed around or detained.

Contacting elected officials on issues, being critical in blogs, or having something or someone an officer wants to take away from you can put you on the secret police blacklist.

This same US Police State wants to put a GPS censor in your driver's license, passport, and on car license plate decal. We need to watch them more than they need to watch us.

I believe if people paid attention to the so-called obesity problem in our children, they would also be looking at the increase in early puberty and menses in younger and younger girls. The growth hormone laced and genetically modified foods have been in our markets for a long time and are, in my opinion, a large part of the problem with the early development and weight problems in our children. This coupled with in-activity is a no-win situation, but how can you combat this, as a parent, if we are uninformed when the food products are not labeled as growth hormone laced or genetically modified?
