I typed the below into the Ted Deutch constituent services as I am renting a room in Coral Springs, Florida:

I believe 4 Asset Management Companies, including Black Rock, State Street Global Financial, Fidelity, and Vangaurd, are the real owners of media, travel industry, energy, vast land tracts, banking, majority of corporations, and control world justice and governments. 

I believe these Asset Management companies are attempting a hostile takeover of the entire Free World as they consider governments their competition. 

I wish to immediately travel to Dominican Republic to be with family and care for mother who just had heart attack in Santiago Dominican Republic. 

Will you help me travel and not have to get MARK OF THE BEAST, A QR CODE, that is Asset Management Company ordered by their media, corporations, banking, and owned medial orgs such as NIH and CDC and even the United Nations?

I believe that the QR Code is an illegal way for the coup of the free world to enslave all formerly free people all over the world and put us under a global tax system. I believe it is treason to comply with such an illegal order. Please let me know if we are under an occupation government, and who I would need to plead my case with to get justice and maybe have the US Constitution actually apply.

For humanitarian purposes, will you help me travel without having to use a QR Code and comply with what I consider a mark of the beast, Satan?
