Kyle discusses his experiences in foster care and the effects that psychiatric medications had on him. This includes lower his IQ and making him feel suicidal.
Kyle has now decided that he wants to speak out and work towards changing the foster care system so other children that have to go through the system aren't over medicated and abused chemically.
