John Dibiase, Jr., of Meriden, Connecticut claims the DCF knew there were no children in his house and DCF kicked in his door on the bequest of his soon to be ex-wife. Are DCF workers now equals to judges in courts and police on the beat?

Kyle discusses his experiences in foster care and the effects that psychiatric medications had on him. This includes lower his IQ and making him feel suicidal.

Kyle has now decided that he wants to speak out and work towards changing the foster care system so other children that have to go through the system aren't over medicated and abused chemically.
