Innocent or Guilty?
In Connecticut you might never know. Evidence can be manufactured and there is no real way, currently, to vet out police misconduct in Connecticut. In the State of Connecticut, judges need not follow rules, laws, and will even rule on cases they have no jurisdiction over. So, innocent, or guilty, you just might be in prison for a long time, or life.
